Village of Matinecock

The Village of Matinecock has its own court with a Village Justice and Associate Village Justice. The Court has jurisdiction over the violations of all local Village ordinances and most traffic violations contained in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York. Village Court is held once per month, unless stated otherwise on the calendar of Court dates, at the Porteldge School, Gilmour Library/Upper School Library, 355 Duck Pond Road, Locust Valley, NY 11560.

The Court Clerk does not have an office at Village Hall.
